  • Financial Operations Management:
    • Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable, cash receipts, and aging reports.
    • Coordinate treasury budgeting, cash forecasting, and cash flow management.
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including revenue and expenditure variance analysis.
    • Reconcile capital assets and trust account statements.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Provide financial guidance and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Leadership and Team Management:

  • Qualifications and Experience:
