Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Develop and maintain a filing system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Communication and Liaison
    • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
    • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Office Management
    • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
    • Maintain contact lists and update records as necessary.
    • Provide general support to visitors, including greeting and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Requirements
    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office administrator.
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
    • Working knowledge of office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
    • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
