Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation Management: Consolidate technical documentation to produce a format that meets customer requirements.
  • Translation and Communication: Translate customer requirements into documentation packages and communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Audit technical record packs for completeness and ensure no missing documents or inputs.
  • Organization and Storage: Organize and arrange final data sets for customer review and storage.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and highlight technical documentation issues to the site Quality team for review and amendment.
  • Archiving and Record Storage: Facilitate archiving and record storage solutions for completed work packs.
  • Historical Records: Provide historical records to customer teams as requested.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in data collection to improve documentation standards and processes.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Administrative experience, including documentation review and processing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP (OASIS) or large alternate data systems (ERP's) is preferred.
