Key Responsibilities:
  • Manual Preparation: Prepare operation and maintenance manuals for projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Catalog Centralization: Centralize technical documentation delivered with vehicles, including spare parts lists, drawings, and other relevant materials.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain a record of catalogues received from stores and ensure timely release of catalogues before unit dispatch.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with Design Engineer/Electrical Engineer to understand project operation and special conditions to be integrated into manuals.
  • Testing and Quality Control: Participate in product testing to master unit operation and release draft operation manuals for QC verification.
  • Documentation Management: Centralize all catalogues and manuals, passing them to the QC department at the end of the project.
  • Photoshoots and Design: Conduct photoshoots of individual vehicles and vehicle parts for use in manual elaboration and design decals for control panels.
  • Graphic Design and Printing: Design and print decals using Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Technical Writing: Write technical procedures for operations.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing and graphic design skills, with experience in creating high-quality visual content for operations and maintenance manuals. Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is essential.
