Front Office Receptionist

Job Summary:
Nehalhotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Welcoming guests and checking their details against their bookings, allocating guests their rooms and providing keys, and responding to requests for help and information.
- Administrative Tasks: Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying, preparing room bills, and ensuring prompt payments.
- Concierge Services: Providing concierge services, such as booking theater tickets, arranging travel, and providing information about local amenities and attractions.
- Front Desk Operations: Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them, and checking guests out, taking payments, and returning deposits.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in administrative tasks.
