We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Support Specialist to join our team at ENGIE Middle East. The successful candidate will provide critical support to our Business Development teams, ensuring the smooth execution of business development activities across the Asset AMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:- **Manage Expression of Interest Requests and Request for Qualification**: Coordinate and manage the receipt, review, and response to Expression of Interest requests and Request for Qualification from potential clients.
- **Prepare Proposals and Bid Submissions**: Assist in the preparation of proposals, Statements of Qualification, and Letters of Intent for various business development opportunities.
- **Support Asset AMEA Region**: Provide support to the Asset AMEA region as required, including prequalification and bid submissions.
- **Bid Preparations**: Assist in the preparation of bids, which may involve travel within the AMEA region.
- **Collaborate with Developers**: Work closely with developers to prepare bid deliverables, distribute RFPs, establish timelines, finalize Terms of Contract, and coordinate logistics.
- **Compile Bid Deliverables**: Independently compile bid deliverables after knowledge sharing and training on multiple bids.
- **Submit Clarifications**: Assist in submitting clarifications for the Financial Close phase after bid submission.
- **Maintain Project Documentation**: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including the Project Bible, and hand over project documents to the project company during the Financial Close.
- **Update GROW Database**: Update and maintain the GROW database.
- **SPOC Administrator**: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) administrator for AMEA to manage GROW.
- **End-User Training**: Provide one-on-one training to end-users, manage licenses within the AMEA region, troubleshoot, navigate, and coordinate to make the tool user-friendly.
- **Project Sheet Updates**: Timely follow-up on updating the project sheet and uploading key documents as the project progresses.
- **Document Management**: Organize and manage BD files in Teams/SharePoint, coordinate the upload of key documents on GROW and SharePoint, and manage access rights.
- **Documentation Requirements**: Understand documentation requirements by interacting with developers and mapping existing processes to design new processes.
- **Document Management Solution**: Establish a robust office-wide document management solution/software in collaboration with user groups and the IT function.
- **SharePoint Migration**: Migrate existing archives to a common agreed SharePoint platform.
- **Committee Organization**: Organize committees, including Origination, Development, Investment, Decision Gates, and REX.
- **Agenda Management**: Manage the agenda for organizing various approvals.
- **BD Support**: Provide Business Development support to the team and internal stakeholders.
