Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing profits across our cluster of hotels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue growth strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact revenue growth.
  3. Rate and Revenue Management: Analyze and optimize room rates, inventory, and revenue management strategies to maximize revenue.
  4. Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain business intelligence reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  6. Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics to measure revenue growth and optimize performance.
