Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri is a luxurious 5-star hotel located in the heart of Abu Dhabi. Our hotel offers 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites, as well as 6 four-bedroom villas with private pools. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our guests, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain high standards of service quality across all areas of the lobby lounge.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to ensure seamless delivery of services to guests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure excellent food quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
