Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and execute targeted sales plans to achieve sales goals, leveraging industry expertise and market insights.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess comprehensive understanding of our products and services, enabling effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in inside sales, preferably with international clients, demonstrating a successful track record.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, including Self-Service Kiosks, Software QA, DevOps, and Odoo ERP.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field, with a focus on business development and sales strategy.
  • Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus, enhancing global communication capabilities.
