Business Development Specialist

Klystron Global Overview: As a leading provider of innovative software solutions, we specialize in Self-Service Kiosks, Software Quality Assurance, DevOps, and Odoo ERP Systems, serving a global market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute targeted sales plans to achieve sales goals, leveraging industry expertise and market insights.
- Product Knowledge: Possess comprehensive understanding of our products and services, enabling effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in inside sales, preferably with international clients, demonstrating a successful track record.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, including Self-Service Kiosks, Software QA, DevOps, and Odoo ERP.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field, with a focus on business development and sales strategy.
- Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus, enhancing global communication capabilities.
