We are seeking a talented Market Development Executive to join our software company's team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion for our software products and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion for our software products and services by leveraging strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
  • Identify and prioritize target market segments, industries, and key accounts based on market research, competitive analysis, and company objectives to increase sales and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers to understand their business needs and position our solutions effectively.
  • Lead the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by developing a robust sales pipeline and providing regular updates on sales performance and progress against targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer success to develop compelling value propositions, sales collateral, and go-to-market strategies to drive revenue and growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and product gaps, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
