About the Job: As a Hotel Front Office Supervisor, you will manage the daily activities, reporting, training, and operations of Guest Services. You will lead front office and Wellness Concierge in offering the highest level of customer service. You should present a lively personality to engage with guests and colleagues, always keeping the spirit of a healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily activities, reporting, training, and operations of Guest Services.
  • Lead front office and Wellness Concierge in offering exceptional customer service.
  • Support all property operations to ensure high levels of hospitality and service.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of two years of experience working in a luxury or boutique hotel in a similar position. You should have proficiency in hospitality revenue management, guest services, and team development. Previous experience in guest service and reservations is preferred. You must demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with fluency in both verbal and written English; Arabic proficiency will be considered an advantage.
