Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • MBA in HR from a reputable university or equivalent degree.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees to achieve their best.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
