We are looking for an experienced and skilled sales professional to join our team in KSA. As a Sales Director, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales process, and building strong relationships with key accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Lead sales efforts in KSA and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, providing transparent pipeline visibility to the leadership team.
- Be a trusted advisor to key accounts, offering expert guidance on conversation automation and driving efficiency.
- Nurture prospective clients on industry trends and innovative solutions for key challenges across the ecosystem.
- Evaluate key trends in the conversation automation eco-system and identify emerging trends to shape the future of our product.
- Partner with Marketing colleagues on driving cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet growth objectives.
- Pro-actively track competitor movements in the market.
- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English.
- 4+ years of proven Enterprise sales closing experience in SAAS based companies.
- Proven experience to build strong C-level relationships.
- Successful track record of planning and rolling out GTM strategies.
- Self-starter who works proactively to navigate large organizations and identify potential opportunities.
- Ability to seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in Conversation Automation/Startup Technology companies is a plus.
- Strong operational and analytical abilities.
