We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Developer to join our team at Response Plus Medical Services. As a key member of our training department, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
Responsibilities- Training Program Design: Develop comprehensive training plans for various departments, including management, HR, and customer support, ensuring all training sessions are engaging, informative, and relevant to job roles.
- Instructional Materials: Create educational aids and materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online courses, to support training programs.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct organization-wide training needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps and recommend targeted training solutions.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Assess instructional effectiveness, gather feedback from trainers and trainees, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator, or similar role, with hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.
- Skills: Advanced organizational skills, ability to handle multiple assignments, and proven ability to complete the full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate).
