Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors, arranging passes, and handling internal and external inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing the front office, handling mail and courier services, and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Coordinate with security and other functional areas to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all.
  • Perform general maintenance of the reception area and ensure it is clean and well-maintained.
  • Act as a key resource and liaison to other functional areas, building cross-functional relationships as needed.
Requirements
  • High school certificate (equivalent) or Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service-related roles, such as front desk or receptionist.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, and a professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure, on own initiative, and as part of a team.
  • Basic PC skills, including Excel and Word, and basic keyboard skills (at least 25 wpm).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with a professional services firm.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, with proficiency in Arabic an advantage, and French a plus.
