Key Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with IT developers, production, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness.
  • Strategy Alignment: Align customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Customer Feedback and Analysis: Analyze customer feedback on product ranges and new releases to inform product development and improvement.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports and document processes to ensure seamless customer experience delivery.
Requirements:
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new CRM technologies to drive customer experience innovation.
  • Technical Skills: Develop and maintain technical skills to perform product tests, evaluate after-sales and support services, and facilitate improvements.
