Key Responsibilities:

Training and Development:
  • Design and implement training sessions on various call center topics, including sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
  • Prepare and deliver training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and videos.
  • Conduct on-the-job coaching and provide feedback to employees to improve their performance.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
  • Monitor the daily operations of call center employees and identify areas for improvement.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training sessions and prepare progress reports.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and managers to implement changes and improve employee performance.
Training Budget and Resource Management:
  • Manage the training budget and resources to ensure effective use of company funds.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain training materials and equipment.
Customer Satisfaction and Employee Engagement:
  • Ensure that employees maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and motivation.
