  • Being aware of daily activities and having product knowledge of all hotel facilities.

  • Providing sincere, warm, and enthusiastic service to guests.
  • Working closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food and Beverage to meet guest needs and special requests.
  • Taking opportunities to delight guests and exceed their expectations.
