Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to line managers and HR generalists on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a line-facing, HR generalist position

  • Diploma in Personnel Management, CIPD, aviation, or a related HR qualification is highly desirable
