Your Role as a Concierge

As a Concierge with the Chalhoub Group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by coordinating and facilitating the collection and delivery of customers' selected items with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Staff - Provide assistance to sales staff with various tasks as needed, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Customer Communication - Regularly keep sales staff informed about the status of customer purchases and packages, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
  • Operations Support - Effectively support the sales team and cashiers in transferring customer merchandise from the counter to the desired mode of transport or delivery.
  • Customer Welcome - Greet customers professionally, providing a warm and luxurious experience, guiding them to their desired location.
  • Concierge Services - Assist customers with a complete concierge service, including attentive and warm approach, delivery and collection of goods purchased, carrying of goods to required modes of transport, and serving as the main point of contact for outsourced delivery companies.
  • Service Quality - Ensure that services provided meet the highest standards of service quality, adhering to SOPs.
  • Customer Satisfaction - Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfactory shopping experience, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Customer Service Calls - Provide first-line service for customer service calls and complaints, efficiently identifying the query or problem and connecting the client with the appropriate member of staff to resolve it.
