Job Responsibilities:
You will play a crucial role in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) for the smooth and efficient operation of a company.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance with DMCC Regulations:
Ensuring the company adheres to all DMCC rules and regulations, including licensing requirements, visa procedures, and corporate governance standards.
Maintaining updated records and documentation to comply with DMCC audits and inspections.
Office Administration:
Overseeing day-to-day office operations, such as managing office space, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
Coordinating with service providers, such as cleaning, security, and IT support.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and visitors.
Human Resources:
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.
Managing employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Financial Management:
Assisting with financial tasks, such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget preparation.
Coordinating with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Event Coordination:
Organizing and managing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for event logistics.
Risk Management:
Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the company's operations, such as legal, financial, or operational risks.
