About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team at IBIS. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Room Assignments: Assign rooms to guests, taking into account their preferences and requirements.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Liaise with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Revenue Management: Assist with revenue management tasks, including tracking room sales and managing guest accounts.
  • Security: Ensure the security of guest property and the hotel's assets.
  • Night Shift Responsibilities: During night shifts, you will be responsible for closing the hotel, collecting cash, and preparing for the next day.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is required; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
