Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and reservations
  • Providing information about available rental vehicles, rates, and rental policies
  • Completing rental agreements accurately and efficiently
  • Offering optional services and upgrades, such as insurance packages or additional amenities
  • Managing rental documentation and record-keeping
  • Handling payments, including processing credit card transactions

We are looking for someone who is proactive, able to work well under pressure, and has excellent communication skills.
