- Job Briefing: Engaging with Managers and Directors to gather detailed job briefs for current vacancies, ensuring precise inquiries to identify suitable candidates for specific roles.
- Market Mapping: Conducting thorough market mapping as directed by the respective Director or Manager to identify potential talent pools.
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively assisting the Manager or Director in sourcing, shortlisting, and screening candidates, ensuring a robust selection process.
- Information Packs: Compiling comprehensive information packs that provide candidates with insights into the client, the role, and the job market landscape.
- Progress Tracking: Maintaining detailed trackers to monitor the status of each recruitment role across various clients, serving as a personal database for ongoing projects.
