Senior Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our partner accounts, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in assigned partner accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including support services and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
- Proactively assess and validate partner needs, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Sell through partner organizations to end-users, coordinating with partner sales resources to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage potential channel conflicts with other firm sales channels, fostering excellent communication and adhering to channel rules of engagement.
- Lead solution development efforts to address end-user needs, coordinating with company and partner personnel as needed.
- Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements and drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
- 5+ years of experience in IT, with a strong background in cabling and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mentality.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and drive.
