CEO Liaison and Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled CEO Liaison and Office Administrator to join our team at ADSS. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational support to the CEO, driving the success of our organization.
Main responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, representing the company in a professional manner.
- Overseeing the office environment, ensuring it is organized, professional, and conducive to productivity.
- Developing and implementing office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and support the CEO's objectives.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in an executive support role or office management position, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience in project management and strategic planning.
Essential Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of business language.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
- Bilingual – English and Arabic required; additional languages would be advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
