Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at First Abu Dhabi Bank. As an Executive Assistant Emiratised Role, you will provide administrative support to the GCEO and ensure the smooth operation of the CEO office. Your responsibilities will include handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the CEO office point of contact for all administrative requests.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Head of CEO office.
  • Manage and prepare the GCEO's calendar.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, engagements, and meetings.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 5-8 years of relevant experience supporting executive and senior staff. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality.

This is a full-time position that does not involve remote work.
