Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Manager to join our team at MAJID AL FUTTAIM. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling leasing assignments for our retail projects, including tenant prospecting and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lease Administration: Maintain records for all lease contracts and ensure lease agreements are renewed in a timely manner by tracking expiry dates and proposing renewal options.
  • Rental Management: Ensure changes in rental terms and conditions are accurately recorded, taking into account market trends and centre values.
  • Payment Coordination: Follow up and track lease payments with tenants and owners in coordination with our Finance team.
  • Sublease Agreements: Collaborate with our Legal team to ensure proper coordination and execution of sublease agreements.
  • Tenant Relations: Carry out tenant presentations and negotiations to complete lease agreements in line with our defined leasing strategy.
Research and Analysis
  • Documentation Management: Maintain and ensure that all documentation, including lease agreements and tenant supporting materials, are collected and prepared in accordance with our legal policies.
  • Tenant Performance Tracking: Continuously track tenant shop performance through analysis of customer feedback and monthly sales reports.
  • Market Research: Conduct market visits, field research, and site due diligence to develop a clear understanding of the local retail market, retail leasing terms, and customer demand.
