Job Overview

This is a full-time role for an After Market Mechanical Sales Engineer at NEUMAN & ESSER Dubai, U.A.E. The position involves day-to-day tasks related to aftermarket client support for the sales territories of U.A.E & Oman.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients in the sales territories of U.A.E & Oman.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales efforts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven 5-7 years of experience in aftermarket sales in rotating equipment, preferably in the compressors and pumps fields.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English; any additional languages is a plus.
  • U.A.E. Driving Licence is a must.
  • You will be reporting to the Sales Director.
