Key Responsibilities
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor health metrics across countries, working closely with Heads of Functions and People & Culture Market Leads to identify risk areas and propose solutions.
  • Country Health Monitoring: Utilize tools like Peakon, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, and Tableau to track country-level health and collaborate with Heads of Functions to develop strategies for improvement.
  • Acquisition and Retention: Analyze metrics, perform root cause analysis, and develop solutions to address retention challenges in your area of responsibility.
  • Compensation Health: Monitor country and market dynamics, working with Market Leads and Rewards to build business cases for pay band and benefits redesign.
  • Mindset and Culture: Collaborate with Heads of Functions and Market Leads to ensure our leaders embody the values of the organization and promote a positive work culture.
  • Experience Optimization: Identify gaps in experience and work with stakeholders to bridge the gap.
  • Change Management: Develop change management strategies with Heads of Functions and collaborate with management to implement transformation initiatives.
  • Talent Development: Work with Talent Development to design Leadership Development Plans and Succession Planning for HOF-1 population.
  • Business Acumen: Understand Country Vision, OKRs, and collaborate with HOF-1 to design and drive People & Culture OKRs in alignment with country objectives.
