Global Luxury Partner Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with global luxury partners, driving commercial aspects, and aligning strategies to achieve growth. They will develop and increase international market share, competitive positioning, brand awareness, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a best-in-class category team and marketing strategy that aligns with brand objectives and KPIs.
- Contribute as an active member of the international leadership team to overall business planning and decision-making.
- Nurture relationships with luxury partners to achieve global brand imaging alignment.
- Maintain profound customer intimacy and ongoing competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities to maximize business categories and reduce costs.
- Identify and create the desired organizational structure, recruit, manage, coach, and develop a strong marketing team to ensure high productivity and achieve all functional goals.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the department or organization, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor department heads and teams, promoting professional development and a results-oriented culture.
