Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Collaborate with Marketing Leads/Specialists and Creative Directors to manage the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Administrative Support: Utilize administration skills to maintain our project management platform, ensuring tasks are up-to-date and related documents are filed and stored efficiently.
  • Data Analysis: Perform basic data analytics, updating and pulling reports from internal systems, and sorting in Excel and PowerPoint as required.
  • Financial Management: Manage team budget, coordinating information between marketing teams and Accounts to ensure the marketing budget is up-to-date.
  • Marketing Operations: Provide overall administrative support for Marketing Operations and programs, including coordinating quotes/price estimates for materials, organizing team activities, adding listings to our CRM system, reviewing and managing partner agreements, and other general tasks.

Skill Requirements:

  • Marketing Qualifications: Marketing qualifications and at least 1-2 years of experience in marketing and related roles.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Administrative Experience: Experience in administrative and/or coordinator-type roles, with demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail.
