  • Concierge Services: Conduct property show-arounds and room orientations, ensuring that guests feel at home and are equipped to make the most of their stay.
  • VIP Protocol: Ensure that high-profile guests receive the red-carpet treatment, adhering to strict protocols and maintaining the highest standards of discretion.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of all guests, respecting their privacy and adhering to our strict data protection policies.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service, providing support and assistance as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the Guest Relations Team.

About You:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Butler who possesses the following qualities:

  • Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Flexibility: A flexible schedule to meet the demands of hotel occupancy, with a willingness to work varied shifts and respond to guest requests at short notice.
  • Initiative: A self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is able to exercise initiative and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and an additional language (Russian is an advantage).
