We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at S&P Global, Inc. in Dubai. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team and enabling their success.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with commercial and editorial teams to facilitate internal meetings, teleconferences, and booking rooms.
- Arrange UAE visas for employees and their families, including DIFC and Golden Visas.
- Provide support with flights, hotels, and car transfers for Commodity Insights employees and traveling colleagues.
- Prepare Travel and Expenses reports for the Dubai office management team and senior sales employees.
- Monthly reconciliation of all expenses, ensuring completion before the cut-off date.
- Perform other duties as required to support the activities of the group.
- Previous administrative experience supporting a large department or team.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a high standard of business letter writing and grammar.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written), with additional languages advantageous.
- Professional and polite phone manner and demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a high level of personal drive and ability to juggle multiple competing demands and deadlines.
- Highly organized and proactive, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience using Salesforce is advantageous.
- Flexible and agile mindset, with a willingness to work in the office minimum 4 days per week.
