As a Sales Representative for First Select Employment Services, you will be responsible for visiting multiple corporate clients in industrial and free zone areas to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Actively seek out and engage prospects in outdoor settings, such as client offices and events.
- Build a daily pipeline and meet the maximum number of procurement managers.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients with a persuasive and confident approach.
- Achieve and exceed the assigned number of daily visits and generate qualified leads ONLY.
- Provide accurate and timely prospection reports to the sales manager.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly, addressing their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Attend relevant industry events and conferences to expand the network and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Experience with contractors, ready-mix, FMCG, crushers, and shipping is a must.
- 5 years of sales experience in the UAE with a driving license and car.
