We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Professional Printing Sales to lead our sales team in the META-CW Asia market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our sales strategy, managing the sales team and activities, and exceeding business plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with extensive experience in developing a professional printing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement mid/long term business strategies to deliver optimum sales ROI.
  2. Manage business plan processes, including updates at all levels of management.
  3. Create revenue and SGA budget and activity plans within defined markets and regions.
  4. Drive change to ensure achievement of targets for profitable revenue and growth.
  5. Manage relationships effectively with other departments using internal and external resources.
  6. Manage sales team and resources to ensure SGA costs are within budget.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in developing a professional printing eco system, ideally gained with a LFP/WFP vendor organisation.
  • Extensive public sector framework knowledge.
  • Extensive knowledge of partnering with solution providers.
  • Extensive leadership experience in a sales and marketing environment.
  • Experience operating in a complex Global matrix environment.
  • Independent thinker with the ability to make decisions and act autonomously, if required.
  • Self-driver, self-sufficient and proactive.
  • The ability to manage a matrix organisation and use of centrally resourced functions.
  • Highly numerate, logical and with good verbal reasoning skills.
  • Good record of academic achievement.
  • Good English language skills – spoken & written.
