Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellness Program Coordinator/Wellness Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating a variety of wellness services and entertainment programs, including special events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement wellness programs and services that meet the needs of our guests, including fitness activities, spa treatments, and entertainment options.
  • Establish schedules and methods for providing wellness services, identify resource needs, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Participate in the development of goals and objectives, as well as policies and procedures, and make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards.
  • Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify guest needs and recommend appropriate programs related to the area of assignment.
  • Prepare periodic reports, maintain files and records, and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Maintain and design the online entertainment registration program, and serve as staff liaison on various community-related committees and subcommittees as assigned by the department director.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions, order supplies and materials, and monitor expenditures.
  • Respond to complaints and requests for information in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a diploma or degree in vocational hospitality, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a 4-5 star hotel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
