Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Comprehensive understanding of automotive products and services, coupled with effective probing techniques such as 5W2H.
  • Proficient in smart selling strategies and adept in handling customer interactions over the phone.
  • Familiarity with automotive dealership management software (DMS).
  • Strong technical acumen in vehicle diagnostics and repair processes.
  • Valid UAE driver's license is required.
  • Analytical thinking capabilities to assess and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages, including Arabic, is advantageous.
  • Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes.
