Job Title: Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing a one-window customer management approach for independent After Market (IAM) workshops in the region. You will work closely with our Trade Counter sales team and IAM workshop relationships to anticipate potential and enhance stakeholder relationships by offering parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Trade Counter sales team and IAM workshop relationships to deliver product/solution to customers while working with Trade Counter team and reinforcing relations by bringing expert advice to discussions and support.
  • Responsible for delivering parts, tyres, and batteries volume mix and margin by generating new business and expanding current existing business.
  • Responsible for the onboarding of new customers, preparing regular reports, and ensuring customer complaints are handled properly.
  • Manage customer incentive schemes and pay out in cooperation with another department.
  • Sales discipline, sales returns, ensure availability of legal documents, competitor information, and tracking.
Requirements
  • High level of selling skills in the context of parts sales to large accounts (B2B).
  • Financial & UAE Automotive Parts Market knowledge.
  • Upselling skills and ability to create value from new products.
  • Strong negotiation skills with evident ability to influence customer choices.
