As a Customer Architect, you will be responsible for fostering ongoing customer relationships, driving consumption of our solutions, and increasing annual recurring revenue (ARR). You will also collaborate with customers to identify and eliminate technical frictions, promoting a smoother adoption and implementation of our Elastic solutions.

Experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies is highly preferred. Strong technical expertise, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to establish relationships with customers and team members are essential for this role.
