They play a crucial role in the timely delivery and collection of food and beverage items, ensuring a tidy environment, and assisting servers and bartenders. This position reports directly to the Floor Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to guests with a welcoming demeanor.
  • Efficiently serve cold beverages and prepared meals to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness by addressing spills, broken dishes, and removing empty bottles and trash.
  • Support servers and bartenders in their service tasks.
  • Keep service areas and golf simulator bays organized and clean.
  • Exhibit high energy, urgency, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Engage with guests throughout their experience to ensure satisfaction.
  • Take pride in enhancing each guest's enjoyment and fun.
  • Assist the team with restocking essential items such as ice, crockery, cutlery, and napkins.
  • Help maintain the ambiance of the keg room.
  • Communicate any issues or low stock items to the management team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in server or hospitality roles is encouraged but not mandatory.
  • Exuberant energy and enthusiasm.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.
  • Capability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proactive in anticipating guest needs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and schedules.
