Job Description

The Front Office Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Duties
  • Manage the front office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Prepare and coordinate travel arrangements for executives, ensuring smooth logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records of mail and package deliveries, verifying authenticity and timeliness.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and report generation.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or business administration can be advantageous.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is preferred.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in office administration or customer service can be beneficial.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
