As a Customer Service Representative at Padra Medical Center, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will make everyone feel at ease. You will assist with check-in and check-out processes, answer phone calls and emails promptly, and provide accurate information about clinic services and policies.

Appointment Scheduling

You will schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as needed, ensuring efficient use of appointment slots and minimizing wait times. You will coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and a smooth patient experience.

Inquiry Handling

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide accurate information about clinic services, procedures, and policies. You will address patient questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that every patient feels heard and valued.

Record Management

You will update and maintain patient records accurately in the clinic's database, ensuring that all patient information is handled confidentially and in compliance with privacy regulations.

Billing and Payments

You will process patient payments, issue receipts, and manage billing inquiries. You will assist patients with insurance claims and paperwork, ensuring that every patient receives the care they need.

Feedback Collection

You will collect and document patient feedback and complaints, reporting them to management and assisting in implementing improvements. You will also support clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring that the waiting area and front desk are clean and organized.

Emergency Handling

In the event of an emergency, you will respond calmly and efficiently, following clinic protocols for handling urgent and emergency cases. Your calm and professional demeanor will ensure that every patient receives the care they need, even in the most challenging situations.
