Key Responsibilities:

As a Complaint Handler at DAMAS MEDICAL CENTER, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers, responding promptly to their inquiries, and communicating with them through various channels. You will also acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, identify and address their needs to achieve satisfaction, and build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Additionally, you will provide accurate and complete information, handle customer complaints, and keep records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of our products and services. You must also be able to identify and address customer needs, provide solutions and alternatives, and follow communication procedures and guidelines.
