We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise IT Specialist to join our Field Services team at Zenzero. As an integral part of our team, you will provide exceptional support and guidance to our customers and their end-users, working on-site and remotely.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and configuring end-user computing devices, as well as visiting customer sites to complete scheduled activities like installations, desk moves, upgrades, and changes.

You will be responsible for providing reactive support, including troubleshooting network, server, and storage equipment located on customer sites. Additionally, you will complete incidents, service requests, and other defined activities, performing proactive checks, basic event triage, and resolving subsequent issues within agreed parameters.

A strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and general business IT systems is essential, as well as experience in using ConnectWise Manage or another ITSM tool. The ability to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills, strong team working, and team leadership skills is also crucial.
