Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for handling accounts payable and receivable, managing daily cash balances, and preparing receipts, vouchers, invoices, and purchase orders.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Handle all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation.
  3. Manage daily cash balances and ensure accurate financial records.
  4. Prepare and send receipts, vouchers, invoices, and purchase orders in a timely manner.
  5. Inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders, documenting any damages or discrepancies.
  6. Maintain inventory records, verifying and updating information as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in finance and administration.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
