Al Amal Specialist Recruitment is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a client in Albania, Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the office with administrative tasks. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support
  2. Must be computer literate
  3. Maintain records of inventory, supplies, and equipment
  4. Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating events/meetings
  5. Generate reports and provide regular updates to the team
  6. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  2. Experience working as an administrative assistant
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  7. Reliable self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team
