Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leasing Administrator to join our Property Management team at Accor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing leasing contracts, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing Contract Management: Manage leasing contracts, including contract signing, system updates, and reporting.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, including Property Management, Leasing, and Finance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest rental laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
- Unit Management: Publish, add, and update units, including uploading landlord documents and tenant contracts.
- Contract Renewals: Follow department procedures for all tenancy contracts and renewals.
- New Applications: Screen and verify new applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Contract Registration: Register tenancy contracts with the Dubai Land Department.
- Reporting: Prepare EJARI reports and forward them for reconciliation purposes to the Accounts department.
- Follow-up: Follow up on bounced cheque cases and monitor renewal notifications sent by the Leasing and Apartment Manager.
- Stationery Management: Manage stationery requirements and requisitions.
- Team Support: Provide support to the Property Management team as needed, ensuring fair expertise in all aspects of PMGT operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: A university degree in a suitable major (preferable in business administration) with at least 3 years of experience in leasing retail/commercial/shopping centers with a reputable real estate company.
- Administrative Skills: Sound administrative ability to compile reports and effectively manage paperwork.
- Leasing Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of leasing aspects in the commercial and business sector, particularly in the Middle East.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential, with a second language being an asset.
