Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Executive to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional reception services to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Reception Services
    • Provide warm and welcoming reception services to guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our hotel.
    • Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently, handling check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Front Office Operations
    • Work closely with the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors to ensure seamless communication and coordination of front office activities.
    • Contribute to the achievement of front office targets and objectives, including room occupancy and revenue growth.
    • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, cash handling, and hotel operations.
  • Customer Service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
    • Use positive communication skills to build rapport with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
    • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school certificate or equivalent required.
    • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
    • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
    • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
    • Competent level of IT proficiency.
    • Previous experience in cash handling.
