About the Role

NADIA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our travel and tourism team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for travel packages, tours, and services.
  2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
  3. Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to effectively position our services.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and tour operators.
  5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  6. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  7. Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure bookings and contracts.
  8. Client Follow-up: Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional requirements.
  9. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new trends, potential markets, and emerging opportunities.
  10. Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  11. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  12. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
  13. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of travel experiences.
  14. Team Meetings: Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the travel and tourism industry.
  3. Skills: Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM software is a plus.
  4. Requirements: 5 years of experience required.
